Shipping & Payments
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of shipment (for in-stock items sent within Poland). If an item is made to order or if we’re shipping internationally, we will inform you of the estimated delivery timeline.
Shipping Costs (Poland):
- InPost Courier: 18 PLN
- InPost Parcel Locker: 16 PLN
For international shipping or special delivery services, please contact us to discuss options and costs. We are happy to arrange worldwide delivery – shipping fees will vary based on destination and chosen courier service.
Payment Methods:
We offer secure payment options for your convenience. Through our payment provider (Viva Wallet), you can pay using:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard
- Online Transfers/Local Payments: BLIK, PayU, Przelewy24 (for Polish bank transfers)
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay - Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna (where available)
All transactions are encrypted and secure. If you choose a bank transfer, please follow the instructions at checkout for our account details and include your order number in the transfer title.
**6 Note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time. Payment is required at checkout to confirm your order (unless otherwise specified for a custom arrangement). If you have any issues with payment or need assistance, feel free to contact us.
