Exchanges

• You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exchange your product for a different one.
• Only products with no signs of use, with both internal and external labels attached, are subject to exchange.
• Product replacement will take place within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product by us.
• To make an exchange, please fill in the exchange form available on our website and send it together with the product to the following address:

Returns

• You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it.
• Only products that do not bear traces of use, with both internal and external labels attached, are subject to return.
• The refund to the Customer's account will take place within 14 calendar days from the moment we receive the product.
• Fill out the return form available on the website and send it back together with the product to the following address:

Complaints

• If the product you received has a defect, you have the right to make a complaint.
• The complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days from its submission.
